Wind radar started as a small hobby idea of a Dutch kitesurfer with some programming skills and then turned into a surfer’s community project. With help of the kitesurfing and windsurfing community, features were brainstormed and added. A lot of programming, testing and iterating followed. The first release of the product has been completed in December 2024.
